No Guarantees
Recovery coaching does not guarantee specific results. Your success depends on many factors, including your commitment, effort, circumstances, and individual situation. We cannot and do not promise that you will achieve any particular result from our services.
4. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
Be honest and forthcoming about your situation, goals, and challenges
Maintain appropriate medical and mental health care with licensed professionals as needed
Take responsibility for your own decisions and actions based on coaching discussions
Attend scheduled sessions or provide reasonable notice of cancellation
Treat coaches and other participants with respect
Do not use our services while under the influence of alcohol or drugs (unless prescribed and disclosed)

5. Coach Responsibilities

Coach Cancellations: If we must cancel a session, we will reschedule at no additional charge or provide a refund if rescheduling is not possible.
Program Cancellations: Refund policies for multi-session programs are specified in your coaching agreement.

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time. We reserve the right to terminate services if:

9. Technology Requirements and Limitations

Our total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for services in the three months preceding the claim.
